Earlier, we had r manage most of the task ourselves. Now,they have taken care of most of the task themselves like paking and storage which is really great **What do you dislike about ActiveWarehouse™?** Live tracking of shipment should be accurate. Also, there should be proper update on storage which is missing as of now. Customer service can be improved compared to what is currently providing **What problems is ActiveWarehouse™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides tracking of shipment. Also, it handles most of the warehouse task. There is least involvement from our end. It takes care of packing and shipping which is really great ### 4. It has the Supply chain industry best-practiced features. Continuous innovation towards adding new features. Support costs are huge for each enhancement or new feature request. **Recommendations to others considering ActiveWarehouse™:** If your business is growing and you wish to keep up with the supply chain standards, I would highly recommend Manhattan WMS as your go-to WMS system. **What problems is ActiveWarehouse™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping more parcels per day compare to the older WM system that we use Easy and efficient for the Warehouse workers. ### 5. We've had this system for about 5 years now, and while the upgrades don't always work correctly, I would still recommend it. **What do you dislike about ActiveWarehouse™?** It is very slow with loading the information you are looking for. **What problems is ActiveWarehouse™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I"m able to easily see when stock is brought into the warehouse and whether it's been received into the other systems we use. ### 6. This has helped increase productivity throughout my shift ### 7.
