We bought it to help us mitigate our vulnerabilities for systems on our network. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and well worth the investment of time and money. I love the compliance baselining that the product does. It has helped simplify our efforts, allowing us to make considerable strides towards a more secure network. But most of all, the customer support has been excellent. I highly recommend the Saner Now product suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Saner CVEM? The only thing I wish the product had was a simplier way to reboot systems. A simple button next to the systems under the inventory screen would be very useful. The two main functions we are using Saner Now for is vulnerability scanning and mitigation and compliance baselining. What do you dislike about Saner CVEM? cost of running the software in your company is expensive,no bugs plus api intergration tools when you want to run the system as an admin are not provided by the software . learning to operate the software as a team is the most hectic task you can be provided with,the software developers for this option really need to do some reconsideration service and support ,customer support in that case is not streamlined at all,in case of issues,you really need to hire a third party conversant with sanerNow which points back to the extra cost incurred for that subject Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Sanernow provides great visibility of vulnerabilities across our environment and importantly automatically patches these vulnerabilities in an unobtrusive way. I would like to see the capability that if a scheduled task was missed that the end points that were not online at the time the task was run were able to still receive the task once they do come online.
