"Sanas Delivers Clearer Calls with Real-Time Accent Translation and Excellent Noise Cancellation"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

Sanas's AI-powered accent translation works in real time and makes conversations much clearer, reducing repetition and shortening calls. The noise cancellation is excellent and removes background sounds even in busy or remote settings. Performance is reliable, with very low latency, so conversations feel natural. The interface is clean and simple, and it integrates easily with existing calling and softphone platforms without extra setup. Onboarding is quick, and the support team is responsive. Overall, it delivers strong ROI through better call quality, shorter handle times, and more confident users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

The translated voice can occasionally sound slightly less natural, especially with fast speech or unusual words. It also uses a fair amount of system resources, so older or low-spec machines may see some lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Breaking Accent Barriers in Real Time to keep Conversations Natural"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

What I like best about Sanas is its real-time accent translation, seamless integration with communication tools, user-friendly interface, and smooth performance without significantly impacting system utilization. It helps our agents communicate clearly and confidently with clients without worrying about regional accent barriers, while maintaining a natural conversational flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

One area I would like to see improved with Sanas is the minimum license count required in the package, which can be challenging when the actual user requirement is lower. Also, some customers notice the AI-generated or slightly robotic voice, which can affect the naturalness of the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Accent Neutralization and Noise Reduction—Responsive Sanas Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

Sanas handles accent neutralization and background noise together, which is the main reason we picked it for our accounts. Agents stopped worrying about how they say certain words, because the tool works as an aid on every call. There is no real integration work, and we have not noticed any lag on live calls. The Sanas team is very responsive, with a dedicated CSM and implementation engineers during rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

A few agents felt their accent was already fine and were hesitant at first. We put a simple change management plan in place with demos and coaching, framed it as an AI enabler, and that settled quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improved Call Quality and Customer Feedback with a Smooth SCCM Rollout"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

Our quality team listened to Sanas during routine call monitoring, including quality and fraud interactions, and saw positive feedback from customers on those calls. Team managers noticed the changed tone in their daily midday sessions and described it as a benefit rather than a hurdle. It also fit how our IT team already works. We pushed it out through SCCM and set a group policy for volume and access settings, so agents can adjust Sanas themselves when they need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

A small housekeeping point. When someone left mid-month and was replaced, both users briefly showed active licenses, so we added Sanas deactivation to our offboarding step and the counts lined up after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Breaking down accent barriers and bringing voice work back to India"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

Sanas Accent Harmonization is more than just technology; it serves as a bridge between great talent and global opportunity. By reducing accent-related friction while still preserving the speaker’s identity, Sanas supports clearer, more natural conversations and helps our agents stay focused on what matters most: empathy, expertise and the overall customer experience.

For iQor India, the impact has been significant. After a hiatus of several years, voice work is returning to our India operations, creating new possibilities for our people and our clients. Sanas is also helping us challenge long-held assumptions about where voice programs can succeed, while broadening the opportunity landscape for India. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

As with any transformational technology, it will be important to keep a continued focus on seamless adoption, actionable analytics, and ease of deployment at scale. We’ve already shared feedback with their team about enabling more selective implementations by department, along with support for bulk profile updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sanas Demo Impressed Us: Strong LATAM Accent Translation and Noise Cancellation"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

We recently attended a demo of Sanas to evaluate its potential for our workforce strategy—specifically, whether it can help us staff programs in broader markets without compromising client quality. Key observations from the demonstration include:

Superior LATAM Translation: In a side-by-side audio comparison, our partnerships lead felt the Latin American accent sample outperformed a competing tool. This is highly relevant given our historically mixed results with accent tech in Central and South America.

Flexible Agent Controls: The demo highlighted a desktop toggle that lets agents switch the translation on or off on demand, providing the exact flexibility we need for our bilingual queues.

Impressive Noise Removal: Colleagues who sat in on the demo rated the demonstrated background noise cancellation very highly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

Looking ahead, an ideal enhancement for our multilingual queues would be automatic language detection, eliminating the need for manual agent intervention. However, the desktop toggle shown in the demo provides a practical and easily manageable solution in the interim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accent Translation That Fits Our Staffing Model—Smooth Control in VDI"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

I judge Sanas by how well it fits our staffing model. Agents control accent translation from a small widget on their desktop, and it stays visible in our VDI environments. A bilingual agent can switch it off for a non-English call and back on afterward without a supervisor stepping in. Our partnerships team describes the Sanas team as solid all around, with nothing to complain about. In a demo, a Latin American speaker came through better than what our team had heard on a competing product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

I would like the lines between speech enhancement, accent translation and language translation drawn a bit more simply in the packaging. Our team asked Sanas for before and after audio samples, which is a simple way to show clients the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easier conversations help us win more voice work"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

From a growth seat, what I value most is that Sanas gives us a stronger story when we pitch voice work to new clients. Accent Translation makes our India-based agents easier to understand while they still sound like themselves, with their own tone and warmth. Language Translation lets us talk about multilingual support without building a separate team for each language. Because it runs on the agent's device and never stores call data, client security teams come back with fewer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

I would like reporting that is a little easier to share with clients in a business review. That is a wish list item, not a blocker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low-Impact Deployment with Strong On-Device Security : Better calls, and nothing new to host"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

As a CIO, I evaluate any new tool by what it demands from my infrastructure and my security team. By that standard, Sanas asks very little.

Security and data handling: Sanas processes audio on the agent’s own workstation rather than in an external environment. It doesn’t retain call content, which means it doesn’t create a new repository of customer conversations for us to protect, audit, or explain to clients. For a business that handles sensitive customer interactions every day, that distinction matters. Our security review stayed focused on a small, clearly defined footprint instead of a new data pipeline.

Infrastructure fit: Sanas worked alongside the contact center platforms we already support. We didn’t have to change our network design, re-architect call routing, or stand up a parallel environment. That kept deployment straightforward for my team and meant operations didn’t have to absorb a disruptive rollout. [Optional: add the deployment timeline or the number of sites or agents.]

Agent and caller experience: The technology helps without changing who our agents are. Agents keep their own voice, while callers hear someone who’s easier to understand. The outcome is clearer conversations with less repetition, and our agents can stay focused on solving the customer’s problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

I’d like a more detailed, centralized view of deployment status across all of our sites. For now, our endpoint management reports are covering that gap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clearer Communication with Sanas and Sagility’s Strong Partnership"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

What stands out most is the combination of Sanas' AI-powered speech technology and the strong partnership with Sagility. The platform enhances communication clarity, is easy to adopt, and is backed by a team committed to continuous improvement, operational success, and delivering value for our clients and associates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

There is very little to dislike about Sanas. Key opportunities include further reducing occasional robotic-sounding speech, especially in complex interactions, ensuring audit and quality monitoring capabilities for translated conversations, and providing greater access to backend metadata and analytics to support performance measurement, operational insights, and ROI tracking. Overall, these enhancements would further strengthen an already strong platform and partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
