"Accent Translation and Speech Enhancement Elevated Our Coaching and QA"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

Running client programs day to day, I’ve really noticed how much this has changed our quality and coaching work. When team leads review calls now, the conversation is about how the agent handled the issue, not whether the customer could follow what they were saying. Accent Translation works while the agent is speaking, and their warmth and style still come through, so coaches can give feedback on the real person behind the call. Speech Enhancement also helps a lot—background noise rarely ends up being flagged as a note on a QA form anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

I would like a bit more ready-made material for trainers to use when introducing it to new hire classes. Our learning team built a short module of their own, so it was easy to cover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cleaner audio, smarter voice agents"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

We build voice AI agents for enterprise customers, and real callers rarely ring from a quiet room. We integrated the Sanas noise cancellation SDK into our agent’s audio pipeline, ahead of speech recognition, and the difference was clear. Background voices, TV, traffic and street noise get stripped out while the caller’s own speech comes through intact, so transcription is cleaner and the agent responds to what the caller actually said. The SDK was straightforward to drop into a real-time pipeline, runs fast enough for live conversation, and the Sanas team was quick and hands-on whenever we had integration questions. What do you dislike about Sanas?

Very little. Tuning took a short round of testing to find the right settings for our mix of phone and web audio, but once that was done it has run without needing any attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our customers stop asking us to repeat things"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

As a founder, I wanted customers to understand our people right away, no matter where those people sit. Sanas handles that in real time on each person's own computer, and everyone still sounds like themselves. Speech Enhancement clears out background noise from home setups and shared spaces, so our calls sound professional. It also worked with the calling tools we already had, which mattered for a small team with no time for a big project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

A couple of people needed help getting their headset and microphone settings right in the first few days. A short walkthrough sorted it out and it has been fine since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Year of Accent Translation at Scale"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

We have integrated Sanas Accent Translation across client programs for over a year, it is now a core component of our voice operations in India and the Philippines. Over a year of continuous use has allowed us to build efficient rollout practices for new clients, backed by responsive technical and architectural support from the Sanas team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

A lot of our onsite teammates hot-seat on shared machines, so we had to plan whether to enable it by user, seat or floor. The Sanas team walked through a few options with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Early promise-to-pay lift in our collections pilot"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

We could test Sanas properly without disrupting the floor. Our IT team installed it on about 50 collector systems over a weekend, and we were working with it fully from the Monday. I split the team into two groups with similar skill sets, one on Sanas and one off, so the comparison stays fair. The Sanas team joins our weekly reviews and asks us to raise anything right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

Most of our calls get handed off to a supervisor for a second voice, so the collector turns Sanas off when the supervisor takes the headset. We’ve simply built that step into our handoff routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sanas takes the complexity out of agent communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

Getting users set up is straightforward, especially with SSO. The onboarding process feels simple, workspace management is easy to handle, and the Language Translation setup worked smoothly in our initial testing. I also appreciate that Sanas can be rolled out without requiring agents to significantly change their existing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

The main area I’d like to see improved is bulk user management. Right now, moving multiple users between workspaces requires help from support rather than being fully self-service for administrators. The support process itself works well, but having this capability built directly into the admin portal would make user management faster, easier, and more convenient. "Local Processing and Strong Data Control, Plus Powerful Language Translation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

Processing happens locally on each agent's machine, and none of our call interaction data goes to the cloud. Only telemetry is sent, for troubleshooting and licensing, and model updates can be controlled from admin settings. Hearing that early on answered most of my data questions in one conversation. Language translation is the other big draw, because it sits at the centre of where we want to take our customer experience next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

Wired USB headsets give the best results, while Bluetooth and AirPods work but not quite as well. There are specific headsets required to get the most out of Sanas, which I feel could've been communicated sooner in the onboarding process. Our previous tool already leaned on USB, so this was a small planning point for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Now I can hire for skill, not accent"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

From the HR side, the biggest plus is that I can hire for skill and attitude first. Sanas adjusts how an agent's accent comes across in real time, and the agent still sounds like the same person, with the same tone. New hires settle into live calls with more confidence, and that shows in how they talk about the job. Our managers also liked that it sits on the agent's machine and keeps no call audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

I would like a bit more reporting I can share with leadership on adoption across teams. For now our team leads give me that picture, and it works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Accent Translation and Noise Cancellation"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

We run Sanas on agent desktops across our offshore sites in India and Jamaica, and we rely on two parts of it every day: accent translation and noise cancellation. What stood out right away is that it doesn’t add any extra steps for the agent. There’s nothing to learn and nothing to click during a call. The agent just speaks naturally, and the customer hears a clearer voice. We also use noise cancellation onshore, where accent isn’t the issue but floor noise is.

On the technical side, it runs locally on the agent desktop and sits underneath whatever phone system the client uses, so we don’t have to rebuild anything per program. Performance has been steady in real time, which matters because a voice tool that lags is worse than no tool at all. The AI is doing hard work here—changing how a voice sounds while keeping the agent’s words and tone—and it does it without the robotic feel we expected.

The value shows up in two places. Commercially, it removes the most common objection US clients raise about offshore delivery, so we spend less time defending location and more time focusing on quality and cost. Operationally, it lets us hire for skill and attitude first, because accent is no longer the deciding factor.

We’re now testing live translate in five languages. If it holds up the way accent translation has, it could open multilingual programs to agents who wouldn’t have qualified before. That’s the part we’re most interested in for next year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

Honestly, very little. With any new voice technology, we expect the hard part to be change management: getting agents to trust it and use it on every call. Sanas made that a non-issue. Agents did not need training or reminders, so adoption was not something we had to manage.

The one real pain point we had was reporting on active users. Matching monthly usage to our own records took manual work. We raised it, and Sanas fixed it in one cycle. That speed is the reason we do not have a standing complaint to list here. They listen, and they act quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Natural-Sounding Accent & Language Translation That Keeps Agents’ Voice and Tone"
5/5
What do you like best about Sanas?

The part I value most is how natural the result sounds. With Accent Translation, our people keep their own voice and tone, and customers just hear them more clearly. Language Translation lets us talk with customers who prefer another language without handing them off to a separate team. It runs on each agent's machine next to the softphone we already had, so we did not need to rework our phone setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanas?

Early on we spent a little time coaching the team on headset choice and keeping a steady speaking pace. Once that was sorted, it became part of our normal routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
