Having used the tool a few times a month, this reviewer finds the support team responsive and helpful. The process of learning to navigate the system is time-consuming and the tool lacks necessary features for document attachment and data retrieval.
View Full ReviewWhat I like most about SalesVista is the customizable Compensation Plans. Some of our sales representatives have complex and layered commission structures, with many variables. SalesVista is robust and allows for complex compensation plans, which greatly helps automate our commissions calculations on a monthly basis. I also like the user interface of the statements and navigating the sales data. It is pretty self-explanatory and usable right out of the gate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I particularly dislike about Sales Vista. Any time I hit a road block or have trouble understanding how to navigate an area, SalesVista support is generally quick to field my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
