Support meetings are scheduled as needed. - If everything works as expected, you could reach a stage where SalesVista becomes your autopilot, but that's a big if. - It integrates and communicates very well with Netsuite 80% of the time. - SSO implementation is quickly done. It is semi-user friendly, about 40% compared to other commonly used programs and applications. - The tool requires additional features, such as the ability to attach documents to generated statements or the capacity to manually retrieve data from our sales platform into SalesVista on demand. When I compare my manual-generated statements to SalesVista-generated statements monthly, there is always something wrong with the SalesVista statement. What I like most about SalesVista is the customizable Compensation Plans. Some of our sales representatives have complex and layered commission structures, with many variables. SalesVista is robust and allows for complex compensation plans, which greatly helps automate our commissions calculations on a monthly basis. What do you dislike about SalesVista? There's nothing I particularly dislike about Sales Vista. SalesVista has helped us resolve integration/syncing errors by doing custom mapping from our SalesForce fields to fields in SalesVista. It's a lot different than our old process so getting used to finding everything is a challenge at first.
