**What do you like best about SalesOMMO?**

The SalesOmmo user interface is very modern and easy to use. The app integrates with LinkedIn, which makes it simpler to work with and to send messages to my contacts. It also runs fast—within seconds, I can get a lot of companies and contacts based on the filters I’ve applied.
What truly set this experience apart was the direct support and collaboration with Mihai himself. He took the time to personally present the app and guide me through its functionalities, making the onboarding process incredibly smooth and effective.
SalesOmmo provided the precise functionality we needed to quickly identify relevant companies and, more importantly, connect with the specific decision-makers within those organizations. Its personalization tools for emails and messages were incredibly effective, allowing us to tailor our outreach with ease.

**What do you dislike about SalesOMMO?**

No downsides found until now. In the future we will use again the app and maybe we will find something worth improving.

**What do you like best about SalesOMMO?**

The ICP profiling was by far the most useful part for me. Instead of starting from a vague gut feeling about who we sell to, I got to a clear, actionable customer profile fast, which is exactly the kind of clarity you need before pouring budget into outreach. It structured my thinking rather than just handing me a nice-looking table. Onboarding was simple, and the tool genuinely feels like it thinks the way a salesperson does, not like a generic CRM.

**What do you dislike about SalesOMMO?**

The UX is the one thing I would push on. It is fine overall, but some of the modules feel more convoluted than they need to be, and I leaned on their support to really get the flow. Once you understand the logic it clicks, but a first time user will likely need a hand getting there. A more guided onboarding would go a long way.

**What problems is SalesOMMO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me more accurate profiling and an extra layer of contact data beyond what I can pull from LinkedIn alone. That means less guesswork on who to target and a richer base to work from, so my outreach is more relevant and I waste less time chasing the wrong leads. For a lean setup where every hour counts, that precision is the real win.

**What do you like best about SalesOMMO?**

ICP scoring, Executive Briefs, and the Agentic-AI qualification that work together. 
I recommend using SalesOMMO to the managers and sales teams I work with to replace the whole range: from piecing together prospect context from LinkedIn, Google, websites down to going to meetings relying on gut feel and charm. Now we start with a scored lead and a prepared brief. Research time drops, and prep quality is much better.

Recently a client was walking into a demo with 9-10 people in the room and he only knew two of them. He quickly ran the others through SalesOMMO the evening before, got solid context on each, and we prepped his approach in 15 minutes. He went in with something relevant for the whole group, and he was surprised how well the demo went.

It's a lot about qualification and preparation discipline, that stops being something a sales manager has to enforce all the time. It becomes structural

**What do you dislike about SalesOMMO?**

As integrations are still expanding and more developments are being done (it's a newer platform), some CRM connections aren't there yet. 
For the teams I work with, that means some manual steps that a more mature tool would automate. They are not complaining because they get what they need, so it's not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing upfront. 
The core workflow is solid and the team is quick to address when you flag gaps, so it feels like a timing issue rather than a design problem.

**What problems is SalesOMMO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem in most sales teams is misdirected effort. Too much time on prospects that won't buy, not enough preparation for the ones that might. If used properly, SalesOMMO addresses both ends of that.

Without it: research scattered across LinkedIn, company websites, Google, or not at all. Qualification based on optimism, meetings booked because someone replied, not because they fit.
After: leads arrive scored. Preparation is faster and more focused. The  example I mentioned before (15 mins of prep for a room of 10 people the salesperson barely knew) is something that either used to take an evening or  didn't happen at all.

The measurable benefit is indeed time, but the real benefit is the quality and confidence of the conversations that follow.. 

There is a prerequisite though: spend the time to properly define the ICP. And if you need info about a specific person (or people), go and search directly in the 'prospecting' page. I got this info after asking for support, so I thought I'd share.

It has improved consistently over time, so there isn’t anything I dislike about it.

This tool makes it easier to work efficiently and saves time when managing research. The ability to personalize and refine searches is especially helpful, since it lets us get more relevant results. The generated reports offer a clear overview and useful insights that support our decision-making process. The LinkedIn integration is also practical, as it helps us identify and connect with potential collaborators, partners, and stakeholders.

Another positive aspect is the support from the SalesOmmo team. They are responsive and open to feedback, which makes the overall experience smoother.

I really enjoyed that the platform provides a lot of information about the gatekeepers that everyone needs when prospecting certain types of companies or business categories.
