
What I like best is the quality of conversations the AI can handle. Prospects ask about pricing tiers, security posture, onboarding effort, and integrations, and instead of us scrambling to respond manually, SalesMonk handles most of that instantly and only pulls us in when someone is clearly ready to talk to a human.
