I like the feature that lets me extract contacts directly in one click from Sales Navigator, so I can start making calls right away. The setup was fast and easy, and it gets most of my outbound work done. I'm pretty happy with how things work.

**What do you like best about Salesgear?**

I am not a tech geek, but salesgear has made their interface so simple for use. Their tech team is very friendly and available to support around the clock. The framework has been planned very well to make sure optimal process control on the users' end.

**What do you dislike about Salesgear?**

There's nothing in particular to highlight right now. the purpose we use the tool for, has been addressed very well.

**What problems is Salesgear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically time constraint - it was an issue dealing with managing communications with large data bases. As of now we are able to shoot bulk mails and manage a sequence within the system for follow ups and also manage responses from within salesgear itself, which is amazing. With more AI integration, I believe there is a possibility for more automated responses that will require less intervention from the users' side.

**What do you like best about Salesgear?**

The way they have implemented the overall sequencing part offering A-B testing features on messages is really helpful. Additionally, the tool also offers you to see if your emails are properly white-labeled and ranked or not. They have built the warming-up feature which I have not seen in any other platform so far. Infact, this is one tool, which I definitely recommend for any B2B company which is buidling up their sales process

**What do you dislike about Salesgear?**

This tool is primarily for Pre-Sales team, but they should have automated the prospects to put to a JIRA board or some other task tracking tools. This would complete the end-to-end flow of sales work management.

We were trying to automate our pre-sales pipeline. And we had a plan on how can we do it at scale, where everything is automated and maybe all you need to do is make some configurations. This is what salesgear exactly solved for us.

I mostly like the Account feature which not only tracks data but also functions as a CRM, providing visibility into the statuses at account level and Contact level. **What do you like best about Salesgear?**

Intuitive to use. Great and complete feature set. Incredible customer service. Salesgear is always growing adding new, usefull features all the time. You can automate email outreach, calls and record all actions taken in a report section. Even if you won't use their dialer you can manually record calls for the reporting. It synce very well with Hubspot and Pipedrive. Email set-up and warm up is easy and delivery rate is great. Triggers make it easy to set up complex sales cadences.

None found so far and I am using it for almost 2years .

Streamining sales cadence for sales team. Reporting all sales activities across outbound such as email, LiknedIn, phone calls and meetings. First and foremost, the team is awesome and super friendly, they will actually help you to get onboarded with the tool unlike no other.
They made the outbound reach so effective that you know what your team is doing and how are they performing. I also like the way they have integrated the Linkedin connects.

Their AI can be improved as it might not give you exactly what you’re looking for.

It solves one thing – outbound reach at scale. So when you’re planning to scale your customer outbound reach you might be stuck with email being marked as spam and also you have to write so many emails. Salesgear solves exactly that thing for you.

Love the smooth interface that provides a super simple ease of use. Customer support has been next level going above and beyond to solve any hurdles along the way. Salesgear has everything you need to build a successful sales outreach. They even have an email domain health center(much needed!!).

The interface for the user is super friendly. Also the stats, numbers and all the analytics showed for your email campaigns really helps. The support during any kind of doubt or problem is also really appreciated.

If we could set up a priority level for the replies we get during email campaigns, then that could really help more. Also if we could see which link has been clicked by the receiver, this can also amp up the game.

For setting up the email campaigns, keeping a check on the open rate, reply rate and other stats really helps in improving day by day. Also, the log it keeps about all the campaigns we've done, segregating our contacts in different campaigns with different tags and then exporting everything makes things simple.

**What do you like best about Salesgear?**

It helps me communicate with the clients and helps in increasing sales productivity. Also, there are different features like 1000 emails, custom templates which makes communication easier.

**What do you dislike about Salesgear?**

Pricing for the pro feature is a little more but provides the best features.

Sending 1000 emails to different clients with the custom template helps the team to keep the communication consistent among all the clients.

Salesgear helped me manage all my prospects management in one place. It saves me a lot of time by helping me engage more people in less time and increase my productivity significantly.

It is a single application that helps me to keep track of all my sales-related engagements which makes it easy for me to understand the progress. Also, all the communication is kept at a single place which reduces the burden of using all different platforms.

Pricing is a little expensive but worth the features provided.

Their UI is extremely friendly and easy to use. Their customer support is prompt and available at any moment to fix any issues that we face.

Product bugs do cause some issues very rarely.

Creating sequences is very easy with Salesgear. It gives me peace of mind when I'm preparing sales communication campaigns. Very easy to track the read receipts and insert additional steps that help with our conversions.

**What do you dislike about Salesgear?**

It's hard to find a contact within the sequence as the only option is to search by email address. I suggest using "search by name"

It enables me to view the behaviour of our contact list in real time.

It's very fast compared to other platforms we have used. And the extension is awesome, we don't have to do much setups parts at that front

They built a good tool. However needs more improvement in integration front

Sending our contacts to automated sequence is the add-on. Reachability has increased and we are now able to cover more accounts
