**What do you like best about SalesFuel?**

I like how SalesFuel provides deep insights into prospects’ businesses, challenges, and industry trends, which helps me create highly personalized and persuasive sales pitches. The intuitive system makes it easy to search for leads, organize them into lists, and track my outreach activity all in one place. I appreciate that everything is designed to save time for salespeople, allowing me to focus on connecting with clients rather than struggling with complicated software. The consistent quality of the data and the smooth, practical workflow make SalesFuel a genuinely valuable tool for my daily sales routine. Additionally, I enjoy how well the platform integrates sales intelligence with practical outreach tools, allowing me to research a prospect and reach out with a personalized message without switching between multiple apps. Their customer support is very responsive and helpful, which makes the whole experience smoother. I also find the user-friendly dashboard simple for tracking leads, monitoring outreach progress, and staying on top of follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about SalesFuel?**

While SalesFuel works well for many core sales tasks, there are a few areas I think could be improved. First, the data coverage for smaller or international businesses can be inconsistent. Sometimes it lacks the most up-to-date contact details or company insights for niche markets, which means I still need to double-check information with other sources. Second, some of the automation features are fairly basic compared to other sales tools. The follow-up sequences and outreach templates don’t offer as much customization or advanced scheduling as I’d like for larger-scale campaigns. Third, the integration with certain CRMs isn’t as seamless as I hope. Occasionally, the data sync is slow or requires manual updates, which adds extra steps to my workflow. Lastly, the learning curve for some of the more advanced analytics features is a bit steeper. It takes extra time to fully understand how to use those reports to guide my sales strategy.

I use SalesFuel to generate targeted leads and access accurate data, saving hours searching. It improves my sales pitches with insights and streamlines lead management, organizing my pipeline and reducing admin time, letting me focus on selling and building relationships.

One of the best features of SalesFuel is its ease of use. SalesFuel is a cloud base app that guides your sales team through your sales process. User friendly application. App is beneficial for fast lead conversion. Easily accessible from any network.

The application works very slowly when we import a large number of records.

**What problems is SalesFuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SalesFuel our organization manually tracked the sales processes, but now everything is in one place. Sales agents easily access their lead-related data. Helpful for fast lead conversion.

Highly recommended for companies with multiple customers in different geographies. Ideal for market research and with sales fuel in your system, the aspects of understanding customer trends and preferences will improve. Also a simple and effective tool for sales communication. Increases productivity and reduces the time for sales in charge and key accounts managers who handle multiple clients or customers.

**What do you dislike about SalesFuel?**

Not many dislikes when it comes to SalesFuel. The system slows down while handling multiple assignments, but they are manageable. The integration of various data to create valuable business insights can be further strengthened.

Generally, multitasking is a challenge in traditional manual processes. After SalesFuel integration, the employee's time management increased. The business also benefits from taking the right approach toward customer engagement and acquisition. This is made possible with the effective use of data.

I like the insides of Salesfuel, Which helps us to track our clients and staff, which increases our productivity. It is very easy to use and also good in terms of privacy.

By the way, there is nothing like a discrepancy in it, but sometimes it becomes slow due to an excessive amount of data, This is not always the case, but yes, sometimes I have to face such trouble.

It helps us in many ways,  As we use it for training purposes, it creates insights for us, and brings clarity to work. With its help, everyone knows the possible work, due to which it becomes very easy to manage.

Ease of use of this CRM. IT also allows us to integrate with other third-party sources. It gives the sales team useful insights about the opportunity and run marketing activities.

It requires more enhancement towards to user interface. Ideally to provide more dashboard features and analytics for its users.

I didn’t like the cost of this product. We trialed it and they quoted us over $100 pp

It helps to pinpoint target demographics and saves a lot of time and money doing research and gathering info without this software.

It seems a little out dated as far as interface but that’s doesn’t mean the info isn’t as helpful
