What I appreciate most about Salesbook is how seamlessly it brings together every step of the sales process. From interactive product presentations to lead management, quoting, and analytics — it’s all in one place. This not only improves the flow of meetings with clients but also helps present our offer in a highly professional and engaging way. The interface is intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use both in the field and at the office.

**What do you dislike about Salesbook?**

While the platform is packed with useful features, getting everything up and running takes time. The initial configuration, especially when working with more complex product structures or custom pricing, can be a bit demanding and might require additional support from the Salesbook team.

Salesbook addresses several key challenges in the sales process, particularly when it comes to presentation, lead management, and analytics. One of the biggest problems it solves is the fragmentation of tools — with Salesbook, everything we need is integrated into one platform. Intuitive and Fast CRM
Users appreciate the quick filters and reporting features, which make daily work easier and support better decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Salesbook?**

Honestly, I haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks while using Salesbook. The platform has consistently met my expectations in terms of performance, usability, and support. If anything, I would say that it’s one of the more complete tools I’ve worked with in the sales space.

**What problems is Salesbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesbook has significantly reduced our manual workload by automating data flow between systems. Thanks to its API integration, all contract-related data is instantly available in our internal systems without the need for manual re-entry. This not only saves time but also minimizes the risk of errors and ensures consistency across platforms.

The thing I like best about Salesbook is the excellent customer support and how seamlessly the platform supports the entire sales process — from scheduling meetings to presenting offers and signing contracts. It saves time and keeps everything organized in one place

If I had to mention something, it would be the speed of implementing new features. While the platform works well overall, quicker updates and rollouts would make it even better.

**What do you like best about Salesbook?**

What stood out most to me about Salesbook was its all-in-one approach to sales enablement. It combines product presentation, lead capture, quoting, and analytics into one sleek, interactive platform. This made client meetings much more impactful — everything we needed was in one place, professionally presented and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Salesbook?**

While Salesbook offers a robust and visually impressive platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and customization can be time-consuming and may require technical support, especially for companies with complex product catalogs or unique pricing structures.

Thanks to Salesbook, we've implemented a completely electronic recruitment process. This has significantly accelerated our workflow and completely eliminated errors.

i think the connection about compiled projects isn`t working well. At least in my case :)

Salesbook is a very helpful tool. It integrates with external tools, but I see it expanding its capabilities all the time. The detailed reports help a lot in analyzing sales and improving the process. Best solution for salespeople and managers. Allows you to stay up to date. Very intuitive interface. Our clients highly praise the options sewn into the application.

At this point of using the application, I do not see any drawbacks.

Thanks to Salesbook, we automated activities that were pointlessly taking a lot of time (such as filling in data in CRM manually).

Salesbook does more than a CRM...along with the usual CRM features, it also has a way to create a library of sales collateral and media that can be easily showcased and shared with prospects and customers.

**What do you dislike about Salesbook?**

I do not have any compaints on Salesbook; it is a good solution for small and medium-sized businesses looking to start with an all-round CRM software that fits their needs and budget.

Along with being a good starter CRM, Salesbook also helps understand the effectiveness of sales collateral being shared with prospects and customers and encourages more visual selling.
