Salalem Reviews & Product Details

Salalem is a compliance-driven talent development platform for organizations whose training has to be proven, not just delivered. What a regulator, an auditor or a disclosure requirement asks for and what an employee actually needs arrive as one individualized plan per person, rather than as two systems running side by side. AI-COMPOSED CAREER ROADMAPS Salalem reads your org map and the competency framework you own, then composes an individualized development roadmap for every role and every person, drawn from your role requirements and your connected learning. An agent proposes the program with its reasoning attached; your team selects the content and approves the draft before anyone sees it. Role readiness then answers one question per role: which requirements are met, which are unmet, and which are not yet connected to learning. REQUIRED TRAINING THAT ASSIGNS AND RENEWS ITSELF A requirement is described once: who it applies to, what satisfies it, and how often it renews. Salalem assigns it from your org chart, reminds whoever is due, and re-assigns it at every cycle. Compliance Packs carry regulator rulebooks already mapped, including SAMA, CBJ, CBUAE, FCA SM&CR and FINRA; anything unmapped is built with your compliance team. ONE AUDIT-READY RECORD A single live record answers the question an auditor actually asks: who needs which training, who has completed it, and the evidence behind every line. Current on the day someone asks, exportable at any time. AI DRAFTS; PEOPLE DECIDE Salalem AI drafts courses and assessments from material you select and proposes programs against your role requirements. A knowledge assistant answers employees only from your approved policies, with citations. Nothing publishes without human review, and every decision stays in the change log. CONTENT AND SERVICES Salalem Originals and Banking Originals are written in-house in English and Arabic, each course authored in its own language rather than translated, from the studio behind more than 3,500 microlearning videos.
