I do like the main page where I can see most of the important information at a glance. Also, I wish the graphic etc were updated, it hasn't changed much in appearance in the last decade. Also, I wish you dint need to have Office 365 Professional in order to use the cloud portion. There technical support is excellent with all members of the team extremely knowledgeable in the software both from an installation/configuration side of things and from the actual using of the software. **What do you dislike about Sage 50cloud Accounting?** It is a fairly closed software which means if it does not do something specific that you require then it is not easy to extend with 3rd party functionality. The report writing software can be a steep learning curve (even for a seasoned 25+ year IT veteran) which means that users are not able to easily write or modify their own reports. **Recommendations to others considering Sage 50cloud Accounting:** Sage50cloud Accounting is widely accepted by most businesses and accountancy firms as the best software for managing Small to Mid Sized companies accounts and we have found that there are many great reasons for this to be the case, the software is simply the best in terms of ease of use, speed to deploy and the support from their technical team is second to none. **What problems is Sage 50cloud Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage 50cloud Accounting makes day to day accounting easier and with the latest updates dealing with Online VAT submissions and recent HMRC changes much quicker to deal with. By integrating with Orderwise we are able to benefit from greater Product and Order management whilst maintaining the highest levels of accountancy standards due to the industry wide acceptance of Sage as the go to accounting software. ### 25. Everything you need are listed on the main dashboard, and it's easy to navigate to the right area needed. Payroll/ Employee Info/ Expenses/ Cheques Printing etc are all clearly separated. I like how you could switch between single user or multi user mode, although I wish it was easier to access as sometimes it shows error, but either way still a very good feature to have. **What do you dislike about Sage 50cloud Accounting?** This application is so BUGGY! It has crashed on our team so many times, and we were comtemplating on switching to another application when it once had an internal error that mixed up all our employees information. We opened up Employee tab, and looked like the hiring date/ annual salary/ hourly salary and other informations were all shifted by one or 2. Meaning we had to re-enter all employees information, including the ones who have left our company but is still in our system (As we like to keep it in the system for at least a year in case they decides to return). It was not an easy task as we have around 170-200 employees. Imagine if this happened to a bigger corporation? We called customer service, and they were eager to help, but unfortunately wasn't able to provide a solution to revert it back to what it used to be. **Recommendations to others considering Sage 50cloud Accounting:** Perhaps look around before using Sage 50, as once you start using an Accounting system, it is hard to transfer to another application. If it wasn't so difficult to transfer data to elsewhere, I think our team would've transferred already. We have also just finished the year end transfer and it was good. **What problems is Sage 50cloud Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently we are having issues with putting the software on the server instead of on our desktop.
