I like SafetyLoop because it allows me to edit and customize daily inspection forms for our specific needs. Switching from paper reporting to SafetyLoop has been a substantial improvement, capturing who filled out reports enhances accuracy and ensures daily checks are completed. I find SafetyLoop really useful for our construction company as it helps us log our JHAs, safety documents, track equipment, and handle maintenance efficiently. I especially like that it eliminates the need for physical paperwork, which simplifies our workflow. I also appreciate the ability to monitor job sites around the city through one app, ensuring workers complete the correct paperwork. The feature that allows me to see workers' activities, edit them, and assign corrective actions straight through the app is incredibly handy. The recent updates have been great, and I really like the new feature that supports multiple languages, making it very helpful for foreign newcomers. I really like how SafetyLoop is very user-friendly and easy to use. It saves me time and covers all the inspections efficiently, making it easy to report to my office and site safety personnel. The JHA forms are very efficient, and I appreciate the ability to use inspection reports for construction sites and the safety apps, including features for injury reporting and incorporating video and camera functions for photographic evidence. I really like SafetyLoop because of how it keeps everything organized. All my documents are in one place, which saves me from the hours I'd spend dealing with paperwork. It’s super simple to use the app to find and fill out documents, and submit them directly on my phone. I think the feature to get all employees to sign safety forms, either on the app or paper, and then take a screenshot and add it to the forms is one of the best features. Also, having all my past paperwork documented in one place gives me peace of mind knowing I can find previous documents easily if needed. The app’s simplicity really makes it stress-free, and I am happy using it. Plus, it was easy to set up; our safety representative took care of it, and I just logged in with an ID and password and started using it right away on my mobile phone. SafetyLoop is super user-friendly and simple. Anything I need to find can be located easily thanks to its straightforward design and easy-to-use interface. We use it at work every day to fill out our fit for duty forms, and it's made everything very easy to access. Unlike the previous app we used, SafetyLoop never seems to have bugs or loading issues; it's always reliable when it comes to available categories and day-to-day use. I like how easy it is to capture and add pictures with SafetyLoop, and I appreciate the ease of accessing old forms. I find it inconvenient that the external signature feature requires entering a phone number or email each time. It would be much more convenient if there was a dropdown list of company employees' names to select from.
