Saasybill is a subscription billing management solution that helps B2B SaaS companies on Xero automate recurring invoicing without moving their financial data out of Xero. Most billing tools take invoicing out of the accounting system and run it through their own platform. That means revenue data lives somewhere else, Xero reporting is incomplete, and reconciliation becomes a job in itself. Saasybill works the other way. Invoices are created directly inside Xero at every renewal, keeping it as the source of truth for all financial data. Proration is calculated to the day for mid-cycle changes, upgrades, and downgrades, with the correct invoice pushed to Xero without manual input.
