Tickets with SLA, contracts, inventory and time tracking live in the same system as quotes, orders, invoices, warehouse, purchasing and banking — a request becomes an invoice without a second tool. Hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant, with e-invoicing (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung), DATEV export and SEPA/FinTS banking. Licence quantities are read daily from distributor portals such as Crayon Cloud iQ and ALSO Cloud Marketplace. 26 integrations, switchable per tenant. EUR 29 per named user, EUR 59 per pool licence per month, every feature included. 30-day free trial, no payment details. German interface.
