IDA Reviews & Product Details

IDA is an all-in-one PSA and ERP platform for IT service providers, managed service providers (MSPs) and system houses. It combines the service desk and the commercial side of the business in one browser-based system: tickets, SLAs, time tracking, maintenance contracts, inventory, quotes, invoicing and subscription billing. Teams no longer copy data between a ticketing tool, a documentation tool and a separate ERP. IDA was built by a German system house that runs its own business on it every day. Every feature comes from real service work, from the first customer call to the signed service report and the invoice. Service desk & PSA. Tickets arrive by email, web form or API and are matched to the right customer automatically, with SLA deadlines and escalation. Time is tracked directly on the ticket and booked against maintenance contracts with budgets and hourly rates. Technicians create digital service reports that customers sign on site on a tablet or phone. Remote support is built in: the customer starts a small program, and the session appears with the customer already assigned. Customers get a self-service portal. A knowledge base, checklists, tasks and a shared calendar are included. Inventory & monitoring. Hardware and software inventory syncs automatically via OCS Inventory and OPSI, with subnet-based customer assignment. Checkmk monitoring alerts turn into tickets with one click. Device offboarding runs across several systems in one step. ERP & billing. Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices are created from the same record, including e-invoicing (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD), purchasing, warehouse management, banking and DATEV export for the tax advisor. Cloud license & subscription billing. IDA reconciles subscription quantities from Crayon Cloud iQ, ALSO Cloud Marketplace, Tarox, Cloud Factory, Hornetsecurity and WooCommerce into a single contract per customer. It bills additional licences pro rata and ends cancelled subscriptions cleanly. It also monitors GDAP relationships in Microsoft Partner Center and warns before they expire. Integrations. Acronis, Bitdefender GravityZone, Microsoft 365 and Teams, 3CX, UniFi, Relution, ecoDMS, Paperless-ngx, Rundeck, Keycloak/OIDC single sign-on and n8n for automation and AI suggestions. Each integration can be switched on individually. Pricing & hosting. One transparent price of €29 per named user per month with all features included, with no modules and no add-ons. The data is hosted in Germany and processed in compliance with GDPR. A 30-day free trial requires no payment details. IDA is for IT service companies that want to run service, contracts and billing in one place.
