There are many upsides to S-Docs. We like that our data stays completely within Salesforce. I know the other guys say everything is secure and encrypted but, why risk it? The user interface is clean and straight-forward for creating new templates. Also, we really like the batch job feature of S-Docs. Provides so many options for document generation and delivery. And they fairly recently enhanced the user interface to be completely in Lightning. Great user experience. There are many things to like about S-Docs. The fact that it is built native on the Salesforce platform is one huge benefit. The features are very robust and continue to expand as new updates are released. The support staff is always very timely and helpful with my questions. The one thing I would change about S-Docs is probably making the Template Editor a little more user-friendly. That may be more of a reflection on my skills than anything, but I find it hard to work with formatting templates from scratch sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

S-Docs had the most straightforward implementation. Users intuitively use the program, and our elderly customers find it easy to use. We use salesforce, and the integration is seamless. We have had very few if any down times with s-docs. We implemented prior to working from home and the tranistion was easy. It is customizeable and meets the bulk of our needs. SDocs support team is phenomenal! (customer facing and development team) They provide their expertise to help troubleshoot and to provide guidance on the best way to move forward.
