In my projects, all kinds of Google APIs and on-premise APIs played a significant role. We managed them all. **What do you dislike about RunMyProcess?** I had to learn Apache Freemarker, which is the built-in language for data transformation. Understanding this standardized language is necessary to get more productive. In general, a broader community around the development of RunMyProcess Apps would be beneficial. **Recommendations to others considering RunMyProcess:** Involve experienced developers for the first project. There are many good ways to archive your target but also some pitfalls. **What problems is RunMyProcess solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used RunMyProcess to automate business processes for product planning, document review, and document approval combined with Google Drive, goods-return management, sales provisioning, and many more. These digitalized and highly integrated processes with some human interaction allow for costs savings, high quality, and execution transparency. For me, RunMyProcess turned out to be like a Swiss knife. The effort to build new Apps decreases rapidly with every new project. And you have to subscribe to just one service. ### 13. The free trial is really nice as you can get a feel for the software before committing. Enables you to connect with multiple APIs which is great. **What do you dislike about RunMyProcess?** There is a steep learning curve but once you get the hang of it, you're running smooth. It does load very slowly on phones or tables but I'd rather have it available than have to lug a laptop around. It is also required you have some javascript knowledge which could be an issue for some. **What problems is RunMyProcess solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its made about 30% of our own internal processes obsolete. The real time inventory tracker is a great tool and has saved our warehouse a lot of unnecessary double-checks. Real time data is HUGE and gets us information instantly instead of taking time out of our day. ### 14.
