These receipts had to be edited one by one, which took too much time since there are many employees and sometimes it takes more than a week to send everything, but now with RUNA all of that has become automated. **What do you like best about Runa?** What we like the most is that the receipts can be edited, meaning you can add the logo, colors, and company information, which is a great added value that RUNA has. **What do you dislike about Runa?** What I don't like is that there aren't enough help buttons, as there are processes that I don't fully understand. Since we started using Runa, this is no longer a concern. We trust the platform 100%. **What do you like best about Runa?** I like that we can now maintain a very good order and structure so that if audits are conducted, they find everything in its place and organized. It has happened to me in previous jobs where the auditor arrives, we don't have the documents in order, and we get into trouble. Today we no longer have that problem. **What do you dislike about Runa?** I don't like that they can only be downloaded to Excel and PDF. I also want it in the Numbers app for Mac. Before, I couldn't see reports. We had to do them manually in Excel and PowerPoint, and it was very annoying. Downloading them to Excel was a hassle because in the end you couldn't become independent from Excel. We came from another payroll software provider and they were much slower to respond and lacked the enthusiasm that Runa has.
