The business has a very large number of leases that require constant updates to the payments and interest rates. Rubli Has simplified bringing on, maintaining and updating lease amorts. What problems is Rubli Lease Accounting Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to do the IFRS 16 calculation on Excel, which required a lot of manual calculations, inputs, and checks and balances. Rubli automates this and takes away the risk of errors related to Excel calculations. During implementation and investigating the take-on balances and variance, I identified a number of errors in my Excel calculation due to manual calculations and intervention. Implementation of Rubli was easy. It is a user friendly tool that guides you through the creation of leases. It simplifies the calculations for the IFRS16 and makes modifications of leases easy. We use the tool do all our lease accounting calculations. Previously we were doing it in excel. When working in excel it gets very tricky when there are lease extentions, cancellations and modifications. This tool takes all the risk away of making mistakes in excel. Would be nice to have the component name in the Leases section. The current fields don't currently tell me which property relates to which lease item.
