I really liked the work: from the moment of voicing the task to the completion of the work. Very knowledgeable professionals. Most of the communication is direct with the performer, bypassing the "girls-managers". Prompt response to questions and comments. I like the way they suggest all the solutions on the fly and you see how fast they think and design all this digital stuff. It's magic! Also, I like the quality. The dedication and commitment of this agency all the way up to its CEO is unmatched. When we had urgent questions arise, he and the team made themselves available at all times of the night. This 24/7 level of service really made the engagement feel like the agency was invested in our success and created a partnership that is uncommon between a company and its third-party service provider. I would be interested in exploring opportunities to continue working with Rubika beyond completion of the website, perhaps in some sort of maintenance/continuous improvement capacity. That part was never really discussed as I can recall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rubika Agency solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company was recently started from scratch, so we really had no online presence or brand recognition to speak of. We needed a sleek, innovative website that could generate credibility and communicate our core values and vision. We engaged Rubika to help us determine how to position our brand, and to introduce it to the marketplace in a compelling and innovative manner. We provided them a sense of the pages, content and features that we were looking for but gave them limited other direction because we felt that they knew what we needed better than we did. They made recommendations every step of the way, envisioning how our business would evolve over time. Once we provided the initial "skeleton" of what we were looking for, they went to work building out the relevant pages, features and media. They would check in with us every few days or so to get input and additional information but were otherwise very self-directed. After several back and forth iterations, the website was complete.

While we do not have quantitative metrics to demonstrate a before/after comparison, we are very pleased with the results of Rubika's work and believe that the website the agency designed has helped tremendously to support our Amazon sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
