Sometimes, when I open the app, i get a "Connectivity Error" which repeats over and over again. Usually closing and re-opening the app resolves this. Taxes are not displayed on the main page for a property. **What problems is RPR App solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can quickly obtain information on properties whether or not they are currently on the market. ### 2. I can get a CMA comparative market analysis within 5 minutes with great results. It's not to be compared with an appraisal but it helps give us a great close result. I can also update the property if it has outdated information and I can chose comparables from same price properties and properties of different prices in the same area **What do you dislike about RPR App?** I usually go on the phone app vs the desktop one and it's not as easy to use as I would like and it has a maximum of a 5,000 property search. Still a great app just needs a few tweaks **What problems is RPR App solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's saving me time and energy: it's more accurate and up to day versus Zillow. Zillow will say a house is active when it's really not and seems to be sloppy like they just threw any information on there. RPR is pretty accurate with all it information. It's owned by the NAR Realtors association so it's held at a higher standard and has to be up to date and top notch. ### 3. The most liked part of the application is the better integration with web client which many application fails to do it. This Application has the good track of record for the list of properties. Tax records can be one of the best examples can be given for a new basic users. **What do you dislike about RPR App?** The calling options in the app integration is not well done enough, but still it's working fine up to the mark. It serves the exact feature what it's meant to be. We can't ignore it as a disadvantage. **What problems is RPR App solving and how is that benefiting you?** Noting down about a property details is a challenging part for everyone and this app is getting resolving it in a organised manner. Taking notes feature is beneficial. ### 6. Great information to help you get your deal done **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2021 **What do you like best about RPR App?** The ease of finding nearby comps, reports, price per square foot, etc. **What do you dislike about RPR App?** I wish it had a mortgage calculator when I'm in a listing so I can easily tell my clients their monthly payment. **What problems is RPR App solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that I can get useful reports, not just MLS data, on the app. I can also schedule a showing from the app. I can save listings, and I can see them even after they are cancelled. I like to have one app that does all the things I need to do. The other app does not include all the reports. I do wish that it would included the monthly payment (mortgage calculator) for each property, though. ### 7. At first I resisted using this, and then I got into it.
