*It is easy to communicate, add or remove stops, add time window and add priority stop to flag the importance of a particular stop. Customer Support is off the charts! Routific is very effective! We are especially happy with the shopify integration, as we do deliveries right from our business to the local area. The best part about Routific is ease of use. It's very easy to download an excel spreadsheet and see immediate results of your daily planned route. I enjoy the fact that the app alerts my customers when a delivery is on the way, and when it has been delivered. My drivers also express how easy it is to use the app on their phones. Routific can be seamlessly integrated with your current systems. Furthermore, the algorithms that use for optimization provide good quality scenarios that are very close to reality. It is fast so you can have it as your "partner" in your logistics problems and as part of the decision-making process. Last but not least, it is well documented and the dev site can be seen to test the app and get a good grasp of all the features and the API.
