Routella Reviews & Product Details

Routella helps couriers, florists, restaurants, and e-commerce stores run their own deliveries without the per-driver pricing or marketplace cut of legacy tools. Import orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and 13+ other platforms (or add them manually), auto-optimize multi-stop routes, and dispatch to drivers through a simple tokenized link — no app to download. Customers get live tracking and accurate ETAs in 195 languages over WhatsApp, SMS, or email, plus proof of delivery and cash-on-delivery (COD) collection. Routella is flat-priced: a free plan with no credit card, Growth at $29/month (5 drivers), and Pro at $79/month (unlimited drivers) — versus competitors charging $500-600+ per driver. Built for dispatchers who want fast, reliable routing and happy customers.
