Roundz AI Reviews & Product Details

Roundz AI is an interview platform for engineering hiring. A hiring team creates a job, chooses the rounds, and invites candidates. A voice AI interviewer then runs each round live. It asks the questions, follows up on the candidate's answers, and reads their code editor or design board as they work. Employers can run data structures and algorithms, low-level design, system design and behavioral rounds, plus an AI-assisted coding round. In that round the candidate solves a problem with an AI coding assistant, and Roundz scores how they break the problem down, write prompts, and accept or reject suggestions. Every interview ends with a written report: per-criterion scores calibrated to entry, mid or senior level, strengths, gaps, and a verdict from strong hire to strong no hire. Proctoring flags tab switches, pasted text and looking away from the screen. Pricing is credit-based. One credit covers one candidate for one round, bought as a monthly plan or as a pack, and teams can start with a pilot. For candidates, Roundz offers AI mock interviews (the first one on each round is free), a free ATS resume checker, and interview process guides for 380+ companies.
