## About RotaCentral
RotaCentral is a smart online scheduling system used to manage many different kinds of volunteer schedules. You might call it your roster, schedule, schedule, planner, shifts or sign-up sheets. Whatever you call it RotaCentral will make your volunteer management easy. Our software is used by food banks, theatres, charities, places of worship, sports clubs, hospitals, vaccination centres, schools and anyone who needs to organise volunteers. Discover the scheduling features… People run schedules in different ways: sometimes the volunteers choose their own shifts, sometimes the organiser tells them when they are needed. Sometimes they want reminders by email, sometimes by SMS text messages. Our volunteer management software does all of this and more. The simple dashboard allows you to easily see who is working and when. It has many features such as full automation, swapping, automatic allocation, a fairness algorithm, multiple schedules, SMS text messaging, access for multiple schedule administrators, matching shifts to volunteers by role, and many more.

Completely organised our volunteering rota and Ilana's training is accessible and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about RotaCentral?**

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

**What problems is RotaCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had lists of volunteers on different platforms. Rota Central holds all our contacts and means we can email/text everyone or subsets easily.

**What do you like best about RotaCentral?**

I love the exceptional support from the RotaCentral team. They've been great, helping us set things up from the start, regularly checking in on us, and always being there to answer our questions. The system is very user-friendly, and hardly anyone has issues using it. I also appreciate the feature that lets us map existing rotations onto new dates and make tweaks without having to start from scratch. The initial setup was extremely easy, and we've been well-supported throughout. We coordinate over 150 volunteers efficiently, which is a huge plus.

**What problems is RotaCentral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find RotaCentral efficiently coordinates our large group of over 150 volunteers. The system is user-friendly and its ability to map existing rotations onto new dates saves time.
