I tried this software about a year ago and I was quite impressed with it I took it down after using it for a while because we had someone answering the phone. I now tried it again and they took the most important feature down off the platform or they make you pay double the price and that's just to forward to a live person anybody could use a glorified answering machine but the ability to just forward a phone call to someone live is now double the price I will not use the platform again. The interface is clean and the graphs look nice. Teh documentation is relatively easy to sort. It works similarly to a Jupyter notebook, but you run functions of the platform. You can share the results and the code to be applied to different data- In general, it seems like it does what it wants to do well.
