RoomRaiser RMS Reviews & Product Details

RoomRaiser is a hotel revenue management system (RMS) and dynamic pricing software built for independent hotels, guesthouses, apartment operators and small hotel groups. It recommends or automatically updates room rates based on occupancy, booking pace, competitor rates and market demand, so hotels can price every night correctly without spending hours on spreadsheets. Hotels stay in control. Choose fully automatic rate updates, or semi-automatic mode where RoomRaiser prepares recommendations for your team to approve or edit. Set minimum and maximum rates, separate rules and competitor sets for each season, and room-type-level settings. The factors behind every recommended rate are visible in the pricing calendar, so you always know why a price changed. Key features: - Dynamic pricing engine with automatic or approval-based rate updates - Competitor rate monitoring, including room type, breakfast and cancellation terms - Business intelligence: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup and booking pace by channel, room type and period, plus budget vs. forecast vs. actual - Multi-property portfolio management with one shared overview - Scheduled reports, alerts and unlimited user accounts - Two-way integrations with SabeeApp, Mews, HostWare, Previo and D-EDGE Every customer also gets support from experienced hotel revenue managers who help set up the pricing strategy, competitor set, seasons and limits.
