Roomanos Kitchen Reviews & Product Details

Roomanos Kitchen is a multi-platform order management system designed for restaurants and hotel kitchens. It consolidates orders from major Turkish delivery platforms — Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek, and Migros — into a unified inbox, eliminating the chaos of multiple tablets and constant manual reconciliation. Key capabilities: - Centralized menu management: Make menu, price, and stock changes once and have them sync across all platforms simultaneously, ending reconciliation errors. - Kitchen Display System (KDS): Real-time order flow on a dedicated kitchen screen with prep-stage tracking; status changes are pushed instantly to couriers. - Hotel room-service integration: Orders placed through Roomanos Suite from hotel guests flow directly to the kitchen. - Performance analytics: Prep times, cancellation rates, platform breakdown, and period revenue reports in a single dashboard. - Courier dispatch: Ready orders are routed to assigned couriers without restaurant-courier back-and-forth. Upcoming: Automatic customer notifications based on prep time, so order status is communicated without manual follow-up. Part of the Roomanos ecosystem for hospitality and food-service operations.
