RONOVA is licensed as an annual SaaS subscription, priced by the scale of the deployment. Innovatum publishes approximate starting points in US dollars for each shape of deployment, because buyers should be able to tell whether a conversation is worth having before they pick up the phone. The final figure depends on configuration: how many sites, users, printers and markets are in scope. Scope is agreed before a quote is issued, so the number in a proposal is a real number, not a range.
The Three Tiers
Foundation starts at approximately $40,000 per year. It suits a single manufacturing site putting one validated system in place. It covers a core set of users and printers and includes the full control model: change management with the reason captured for every change, a complete audit trail, and electronic signature.
Performance starts at approximately $150,000 per year. It suits several sites, higher user and printer counts, and more than one regulator. Multiple sites run under one configuration, with destination-driven content for each market.
Enterprise is quoted, not published. It suits a global network answering to several regulators at once: many sites, including contract manufacturers, high printer counts and production volume, and the United States, European Union, Brazil and China held in the same product record. A deployment this size varies too much by site, printer and market coverage for a starting figure to be useful, so Innovatum scopes it with each customer.
What Drives the Price
Four things move the number. Sites: how many manufacturing locations print from the system, and whether contract manufacturers sit inside the same configuration. Users: how many people design, review and approve, and how many of those need signing authority. Printers: how many print devices and lines are connected, which is usually what separates a Performance deployment from an enterprise one. Markets: how many regulators the same product record has to satisfy. Each market adds content rules rather than a parallel process, but it adds scope.
Adding a site or a market changes the configuration, so it changes the subscription. The system does not need replacing.
Subcription - OpEx, not CapEx
Because RONOVA is SaaS on a subscription model, there are no large capital outlays and no major upgrade projects every few years. New features and improvements are released every six months, so the platform stays current without the disruption of a traditional upgrade cycle. Innovatum supplies IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and validation support, and validation is always for intended use, so qualification is completed against each customer's own configuration.
Choosing a Tier
Start with the number of sites. One site that needs a validated system, signatures and a full audit history is a Foundation deployment. Several sites, or more than one regulator, usually points to Performance. A global network with contract manufacturers and a product record that spans the US, EU, Brazil and China is an Enterprise conversation. Printer count is often the deciding factor between Performance and Enterprise. If you are between two, describe your configuration and the team will tell you where it lands.
Why Innovatum Publishes Prices
Most enterprise labeling vendors hide pricing behind a form. A buyer with a $40,000 budget and a buyer with a much larger one then both sit through a discovery call to find out whether the conversation is worth having. Publishing where pricing starts answers that question first, and keeps the first conversation about your requirements.
Support
Innovatum is introducing updated support packages with defined service levels. Customers move to Standard Support by default, with the option to upgrade to Professional or Enterprise Support within their agreement. Enterprise Support guarantees a response within one hour for Severity 1 issues. Full details of both packages are shared at renewal.
For Existing ROBAR Customers
Nothing has to change on a deadline. ROBAR remains supported for the next four to five years, and Innovatum encourages every customer to make the move to RONOVA during that window. There are three paths: move directly to RONOVA; upgrade the current ROBAR version and migrate to RONOVA in one combined package; or stay on ROBAR while you plan. Every migration includes Innovatum's validation package, and automated tools carry across as much of the work as possible. For customers who want more help, Innovatum has partnered with NPG, an independent third party, to offer user acceptance testing and validation services for purchase. Because the right path depends on each customer's estate, the team talks through the options with each customer individually.
How to get a quote
The published figures are a starting point. To get a price for your own configuration, contact Innovatum with your number of sites, users, printers and markets, and the team will agree the scope and issue a quote.
