**What do you like best about Rollio?**

Much faster than the SFDC original mobile application, not to mention the app will prompt you with any opportunities or tasks that are upcoming or overdue. If you don't like the voice control app, texting is still so much faster than navigating the menus of the app. I have found it's much easier to stay on top of my tasks and admin work now.

**What do you dislike about Rollio?**

The speech recognition part is not working well for names or locations outside the English setting, and it takes time and deliberation to make the app understand your accent and your customer names.

**What problems is Rollio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to log on to the mobile app and search for what needs updating. Rollio is my first and often only stop in updating my pipeline and contacts. It is also helpful when onboarding new people without overwhelming with SFDC.

**What do you like best about Rollio?**

Since going live with Rollio our Sales team has improved forecast accuracy to near perfection, at 99% accuracy! Rollio has also improved our reps' satisfaction and retention of the best salespeople, thanks to a more human & more fluid approach to the always hated admin tasks. Revenues grew 67% YOY.
Our data is now clean and Leadership no longer needs to chase after every opportunity. The team behind Rollio did a great job and delivered on time. Truly a great experience throughout.

Nothing so far. Wish this could be rolled out across other systems that have high user interactions.

**What do you like best about Rollio?**

Rollio offers you the opportunity to maintain contacts and opportunities (and so on) up to date using just a voice/text message. This is an excellent solution for salespeople that will keep their data current and complete more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Rollio?**

Pronunciation should be perfect; it does not recognize names in other languages. It would be great if Rollio could support some other languages.

Problem solved: salespeople not having time to access and update Salesforce data. Benefits: Salespeople can now update data faster even when they are on the field.

The push notifications were extremely helpful in keeping up with my close dates and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Rollio?**

I needed to practice with the voice-to-text option. Some of my customers have  unique names that I had to learn what the best way to communicate to the app.

**What problems is Rollio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rollio helps me manage my funnel and opportunities within SalesForce on a daily basis. The push notifications help me keep my funnel and tasks up to date.

very easy to deal with, straight forward processes, quick task update and creation

voice recognition needs to be improved heavily, notifications individual set up would be nice

check with internal requests and requirements and try to adjust the processes before starting the pilot phase

the language was the biggest hint, benefit - very quick in updating tasks and opportunities

Easy to use outside from the office just after the visit.
It could help us to be more effifcient.

Not easy to see if it has synchronized with SFDC.
Not working with Spanish dictation.

Still not prepaed for EU.
If you need to use the text keyboard it is better to use SFDC movile APP.

Dictation not working.
European date not working.
Notifications must be updated one by one, although they have been updated on SFDC they are not cleared from Rollio Notifications screen.

Easy to use.
Helpful.

Main issue is the formulation of long vocal command. It' s to difficult of you don't have the right english accent. Need to write it.

Creating an account for this survey. The voice text takes practice. Certain processes require multiple attempts, typing is easier.

Keeping my funnel up to date and accurate. Helps plan appropriately and maintain accurate info and remind of follow up required.

Rollio is convenient to use while out in the field for logging information.  It walks you through the required fields step by step.

**What do you dislike about Rollio?**

I would like to see the ability to touch the "comment" line without having to go through the "edit" function.

The ability to log information from a sales call without getting back on the computer at the end of the day has been beneficial.

**What do you like best about Rollio?**

As a Salesforce Admin, I am always working with my sales reps to ensure they are properly logging activities in a timely and efficient manner.  Before we adopted Rollio, about half of my users would constantly ping me to ask questions about their tasks and/or confirm that they are recording them properly.

However once we on-boarded Rollio, we noticed an almost immediate uptick in activities logged as well as less troubleshooting calls to myself!  A win-win in my mind!

**What do you dislike about Rollio?**

N/A, the App exceeds expectations and the Rollio Team is constantly advancing their technology stack.

**What problems is Rollio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task Logging is now streamlined.  Accounts for more accurate reporting, as well as more accountability among my reps.  It's also a huge time-saver, both for my reps as well as myself.

**What do you like best about Rollio?**

Rollio is great at managing new leads.  It so easy to forgot a new idea, lead or great prospect while on the go or browsing the web.

Rollio makes it super simple to capture and quickly enter the valuable leads into Salesforce  

Rollio makes it easy to follow the wise old saying: “once begun, half done”.   

Ultimately, Rollio enables us to create, and thus remember more leads and close more deals.   

It’s a must have for a busy investment banker inundated with dozens of ideas and prospects on a daily basis   

I also love Rollio reminders that keep us on top of deals and leads

**What do you dislike about Rollio?**

Not much I dislike  

I am looking forward to additional features that I understand Rollio plans to launch soon

Give it a trial.  it’s worth it

**What do you like best about Rollio?**

Rollio has really changed how we interface with Salesforce.  We love Salesforce and even implement it and manage it for our customers but we  know how hard it is sometimes to get data into it.   Since using Rollio we  are able to get the important data into it without waiting for time to log in and do reporting.  With Rollio our reporting is at the speed of our sales process.  We update SFDC when something happen.  We have more data in there than we ever have and that has had a big impact on our ability to sell.

**What do you dislike about Rollio?**

When we started we were just using the mobile app.  It works great but sometimes I am at my desk and wanted a quicker way to get the data in without using my phone.  That made it cumbersome at times but still faster than manual entry.  They did fix this and release a desktop app that we are using.  That is by far the best improvement.  The other thing I would like is for Siri to be able to open the app for me so I can just speak to it entirely hands free when I am in the car.

**What problems is Rollio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first thing we realized is that we were only getting in about 40% of the data we get in now.  This made our sales process much faster and more efficient.  We are missing fewer steps in our sales process.  We also have so much more meaningful data that helps us understand the ROI of all our marketing and sales efforts.
