Much faster than the SFDC original mobile application, not to mention the app will prompt you with any opportunities or tasks that are upcoming or overdue. If you don't like the voice control app, texting is still so much faster than navigating the menus of the app. I have found it's much easier to stay on top of my tasks and admin work now. The speech recognition part is not working well for names or locations outside the English setting, and it takes time and deliberation to make the app understand your accent and your customer names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
