Rokt Catalog (formerly Canal) Reviews & Product Details

Rokt Catalog is an AI-powered distributed commerce and marketplace platform that connects ecommerce retailers with curated third-party brands through a single integrated network. The platform delivers two products for two distinct audiences: Rokt Catalog for ecommerce partners (retailers and marketplaces) that need to expand third-party product assortment without inventory risk, and Rokt Catalog for Brands for DTC, digitally native, and established consumer brands that need scalable distribution across premium retail channels without managing individual retailer integrations. For ecommerce partners, Rokt Catalog functions as a full marketplace infrastructure platform, handling brand sourcing, product data ingestion, taxonomy normalization, pricing sync, inventory management, order orchestration, compliance, quality assurance, and vendor payouts. Partners onboard new brands with the help of ProductAI, which automates product data enrichment and PDP compliance at scale. Partners integrate with Rokt Catalog through flexible options including API, Mirakl, WooCommerce, Shopify, and server-to-server connections. For brands, Rokt Catalog for Brands delivers two growth channels from a single product feed integration: sales distribution across trusted retail partner marketplaces, and shoppable ads that drive product discovery and sales at the highest-intent moments in commerce. The platform is powered by Rokt Brain for real-time relevance and Rokt mParticle for unified customer data governance, and holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA certifications. Rokt Catalog supports thousands of brands and over one million SKUs across the network. Ecommerce partners use Rokt Catalog to expand third-party assortment up to 6x faster than legacy marketplace platforms, unlocking incremental GMV without inventory risk or operational overhead. DTC brands including True Classic, Anine Bing, Jonathan Adler, Mejuri, Kitsch, Jones Road, Coleman, Cozy Earth, and Peak Design use Rokt Catalog for Brands to expand retail distribution across premium partners like Macy's and Nordstrom, acquire net-new customers at high-intent moments, and scale across apparel, beauty, home, wellness, and other consumer categories. Most brands go live in days, not months, with no individual retailer negotiations, no manual onboarding per marketplace, and no ongoing catalog maintenance.
