As a daily user of Canal, I would have to say the best part of the technology is the support team behind the software. The Canal support team is extremely helpful in assisting storefronts and suppliers with all customer needs. The navigation system is also easy to use. While there is development in presentation of brands, there are a few reporting features missing that would make it easier on the storefront side to track brand pay outs.
