The Canal team is super open to feedback and requests, and they help solve for issues that pop up for our specific use cases. I've been continually impressed by their receptivity to creating features and/or one off solutions so we can meet our goals. My company partnered with Canal when we opened our San Francisco storefront. Canal seamlessly integrated with our Shopify store, POS, and the Shopify stores of various other vendors selling in our retail space. With Canal, we could easily process the payment for 3rd-party goods sold in our store through our POS and have them paid instantly without extra effort or hassle. Canal also has a vast network of suppliers, enabling us to offer/test new products to our customers quickly and at low risk. Canal makes it easy to partner with other brands (larger brands that I perhaps wouldn't have been able to get in touch with myself) and increase brand visibility and hopefully acquire new customers. Seamless connections to new accounts without any additional setup. As everyone knows, setup for drop ship can be very time consuming and there is no guarantee on sales actually coming in.
