Roghnu is a Sage Intacct partner providing sales, implementation, integration, and support. We also deliver our Data Portal solution that includes a data warehouse; integration; custom application and automation; and business reporting and data analytics that bridge all organization data into one place. Most of our customers start with our Sage Intacct synch to our data warehouse and then add in other integrations like Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, etc. Our approach supports business continuity assurance and flexibility to adapt and change your business without the weight of legacy data needs. Roghnu assisted us with implementing Sage Intacct mid-year and bringing over YTD numbers from 2 separate systems. We also began tracking more granular accounting and integrating SalesForce directly with Intacct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Roghnu?

Roghnu had knowledgeable people assisting us with our implementation and integration. Having just gone through a large-scale implementation at a previous employer, Roghnu was easy to work with since we knew what we wanted. What problems is Roghnu solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to integrate SalesForce with Sage Intacct. Roghnu was able to work through the issues with us, and it has saved days on our month-end close since we can now automate the process instead of waiting until the end of the month to run a manual integration and then reconcile the two systems. We are posting quite a few historical audit adjustments and there have been refresh issues due to user errors on our side.

What do you like best about Roghnu?

We partnered with Roghnu to implement Sage Intacct. We have 2 distributed networks consisting of many entities, - USD and multi-currencies - and Roghnu kept the implementation moving forward at the required pace to make our deadline for going live. We have automation within Intacct, that we did not have with our previous ERP, which allows us to keep our team small while processing a large number of transactions daily and monthly. What do you like best about Roghnu?

The professional services team that works at Roghnu is top-notch! We have been working with Jenny, who helps build our reports. Her turnaround time is fast, and she can quickly plug into our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roghnu?

There is very little that we dislike about Roghnu. The reports that we get out of the system often need formatting to get them in a visually presentable format, but it is much easier than the manual manipulation of data that we were handling before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are primarily using Roghnu to assist with our reporting needs that our accounting software (Intacct) cannot handle. We were previously exporting large amounts of data and manually manipulating the data to get information in the report format we wanted. What do you like best about Roghnu?

We are one of the first customers attempting to connect the Spreadsheet Server report writer to a Sage Intacct database using a third-party data warehouse. Because this was a new concept, some unforeseen challenges surfaced. During the setup phase, Roghnu remained completely available and very responsive. Not only did Roghnu work with us directly, but they also worked with the Spreadsheet Server engineers to solve data connection and formatting issues. I do not feel any disappointment with our relationship with Roghnu, all expectations have been met. I am confident that if issues were to arise, they would be quickly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed to find a way to connect Spreadsheet Server to our Sage Intacct database for customized report writing. Roghnu provided an affordable and efficient bridge joining our ERP data with our third-party reporting software. Roghnu's business relationship with Sage Intacct allows them to provide us with an affordable and updatable data warehouse. Accessing our data directly with Sage Intacct was cost-prohibitive, but Roghnu's modest fee allows us unlimited access. Roghnu is at the center of making this project a reality.
