**What do you like best about Rocket DevOps?**

Easy for the users to use the system.  The system can handle the complexity of business process that can be easy to implement with many features.  The customer support is always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Rocket DevOps?**

Take times to learn for the first time users.  But once you understand the logic of the system design, then, it's very efficient and easy to implement.

**What problems is Rocket DevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building the IT Service Request system

Works as expected.  Have not received any complaints.

**What do you dislike about Rocket DevOps?**

Complicated upgrade.  Required Rocket help.
For planning, I would like to see an easy to find list of all products (include name changes), their versions, release dates & OS min/max compatible.
eMail info about available upgrades.

Makes code promotions easier.

Ease of Use and Customer Support. I always experience excellent customer support when there are issues or questions.

Honestly, as an administrator, I have not experienced any downsides.

It eliminates manual change management and it automates development tasks.
