Rockbot Pricing Overview

I love all the customizable features this software has. We can record and play our own messages that our customers can hear. It's like having our own commercials at no additional cost. One of the worst things you can have at your business is FM radio playing. Between all the political and divisive ads to a competitor's ad playing inside your business you don't want any of that to set the mood in your business. System is very easy to use. We use it daily and change the playlists during holidays. The music catalog is vast and diverse. From songs that we all know to discovering new music. I've found myself adding songs off the playlists to my personal playlist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This might have changed already but they didn't let you play a specific song in your queue. If I remember correctly you can add an artist or playlist to play next but it plays songs at random not the one specific song you might be looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At our price point, I'm comparing Rockbot to Sirius/XM for Business or Spotify for Business - I like that users can select songs with the app and that we can put a display with what's playing next up in our lobby/social area.

The music quality is often very bad (we can barely hear lyrics, for example) and there are very few controls with the player for music quality, audio, etc. Additionally, the inability to do song selection from the screen requires our employees to download an app to their phone (which many of them don't like to do).
