Roadmapp PMO Reviews & Product Details

Roadmapp is an enterprise PMO governance and portfolio management software that monitors portfolio health in real time to track project status, risks, and milestones. The software supports configurable stage-gate processes with gatekeeper approvals and audit-ready decision trails tailored to organisational methodologies. Centralised RAID tracking maps risk across all projects, while cross-project dependencies notifies other teams of impending delays. Capacity planning features like FTE allocation views and heatmaps identify over-commitment early. Budget management tracks spending with variance analysis and forecasting to maintain alignment between finance and delivery. Project planning tools include work breakdown structures, Gantt timelines, and Kanban boards. Health checks capture RAG status, KPI traffic lights, and recovery steps. Innovation scoring evaluates ideas by strategic fit, value, feasibility, and risk. The platform deploys with three different license grades.
