Rivervo LLC Reviews & Provider Details

Rivervo provides managed shared hosting, VPS servers, and domain registration for businesses, agencies, and developers across Europe and the CIS region. Every plan runs on NVMe SSD storage with cPanel and Softaculous one-click installs for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and 400+ other applications. The platform supports PHP, Python, and Node.js applications on shared infrastructure — most competitors restrict you to PHP only. What makes Rivervo distinct: • 45-day free trial with the full Rapids plan unlocked — long enough to run a real billing cycle of your business through the platform before deciding • Renewal pricing matches signup pricing, in writing — no rate hikes when contracts come up for renewal • Free site migration handled by an engineer (not a self-service script). We move your files, databases, email, DNS, and SSL, then verify on a temporary URL before any DNS cutover • Daily off-site backups kept 30 days, with one-click restore • Two geographically separate points of presence (Helsinki, Finland and London, UK) with cross-region backup replication • Engineer-direct support in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani — median first response under 10 minutes • Free Let's Encrypt SSL with automatic renewal across all domains and subdomains • Free .com domain registration on annual Rapids and Delta hosting plans The product is designed for people who want hosting that stays out of the way: predictable pricing, working backups, real support when something breaks, and infrastructure that scales from a personal blog to a busy WooCommerce store without forcing you onto an expensive enterprise plan. Rivervo was founded in 2018 and has been profitable since year two with no outside investors. The product roadmap is driven by what customers open tickets about, not by quarterly growth targets.
