What I like best about Riskified is how easy it is to use and integrate into daily operations. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, and the integration with our existing systems was efficient, allowing us to go live quickly without operational complexity. The platform is intuitive and reliable, which makes it easy to use on a frequent basis and embed into everyday workflows. At the same time, Riskified offers a solid range of features that effectively cover our fraud-prevention needs without feeling overly complex or difficult to manage. Another key strength is the customer support: the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, which adds a lot of value both during implementation and in ongoing operations. Overall, Riskified combines ease of use, strong functionality, and excellent support, making it a solution that is easy to adopt, easy to maintain, and highly effective. What problems is Riskified solving and how is that benefiting you? Riskified helps us address the challenge of managing fraud risk while maintaining a seamless customer experience. Without an advanced fraud solution, there is often a trade-off between preventing fraudulent transactions and approving legitimate orders, which can negatively impact revenue and customer satisfaction. By leveraging advanced fraud detection and automated decision-making, Riskified allows us to confidently approve more genuine orders while effectively blocking fraudulent activity. This reduces chargebacks and operational workload, while at the same time improving approval rates and overall conversion. In addition, Riskified simplifies fraud management by providing clear decisions, insights, and reliable performance at scale. This enables our teams to focus on growth and strategic priorities rather than manual reviews, ultimately supporting both revenue growth and operational efficiency. The platform delivers excellent performance when it comes to preventing payment abuse. I have noticed a significant reduction in chargeback rates, and the approval rate has also improved. Most of the expertise behind it comes from experience in the EU and North America. In Japan, we are having difficulty adapting the AI model to suit local needs. Riskified has helped us address several critical challenges in our e-commerce fraud prevention strategy: High False Decline Rates Previously, legitimate customers were often declined due to overly conservative fraud rules. Riskified’s machine-learning model significantly reduced false declines, improving customer experience and conversion rates. Manual Review Overload Our team spent considerable time manually reviewing suspicious transactions. Riskified automated this process, freeing up resources and reducing operational costs. Chargeback Risk and Liability Chargebacks were a major pain point, impacting profitability and creating uncertainty. Riskified’s chargeback guarantee shifted liability away from us, providing financial predictability and peace of mind.
