Ringtime Reviews & Product Details

Ringtime is the AI hiring stack for frontline work, built in Europe. AI agents take a vacancy from job ad to booked candidate: they find candidates, reach them by phone and WhatsApp, screen them and book the qualified ones with your recruiters. All from the ATS you already use. GO FROM JOB AD TO BOOKED CANDIDATE IN ONE STACK Most hiring tools cover one step and leave the gaps to your recruiters. Ringtime covers the whole funnel as one connected product: Find: Ringtime writes the job ad, publishes it across your channels and picks up every applicant. Reactivate: Ringtime calls dormant candidates in your ATS and updates their availability and skills, so they are ready to match again. Screen: a real conversation with the questions that matter for the role. Knockout questions and scoring are set per vacancy. Book: qualified candidates go straight into your recruiter’s calendar, including Microsoft Bookings. Follow up: profile completion and missing documents, chased automatically. Every step writes back to Bullhorn, Carerix, Salesforce Connexys, Spott or whatever ATS you are using. Recruiters see status, transcript, score and next step on the candidate record and there is no migration. HIRE IN EUROPE WITH AI BUILT FOR EUROPE Ringtime is EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant and candidate data stays in the EU. The EU AI Act classifies recruitment AI as high-risk and Ringtime is designed for that: every conversation tells the candidate they are talking to AI, Ringtime gives a recommendation and your recruiter decides. Every conversation is logged and can be audited. Ringtime screens in 22+ languages and follows a candidate who switches language mid-conversation, because Europe’s frontline workforce crosses borders. REACH FRONTLINE CANDIDATES WHERE THEY ARE Frontline candidates work shifts, rarely read email and talk to several agencies at once. Ringtime contacts them within minutes of a match, calls again at different times and switches to WhatsApp when a call doesn’t land, with up to 6 attempts. CHECK WHAT FRONTLINE ROLES NEED Ringtime asks what decides a frontline placement: shifts, start date, commute, own transport, licences, certificates such as VCA and language level. Candidates answer by phone, by tapping in WhatsApp or with a voice note. Recruiters get a structured result for each candidate. Ringtime works for production, logistics, construction, technical, care, hospitality and retail roles. Staffing agencies, from regional independents to international groups, and employers who hire frontline workers directly use Ringtime. Customers include Logi-Technic, Trixxo Jobs, Synergie Jobs and Eastmen.
