RingBook AI Reviews & Product Details

RingBook AI is an AI phone receptionist built for HVAC and plumbing contractors in Canada. It answers every call on the first ring, any hour of the day, qualifies the caller, and books the job directly into the calendar rather than taking a message for someone to return later. Most missed contractor calls happen at night and on weekends, which is exactly when emergency jobs come in and when a caller will simply dial the next shop. RingBook covers that window without an on-call rotation, and escalates genuine emergencies to a human. Pricing is flat monthly rather than per-minute, so a busy heating season costs the same as a quiet month. Setup is done for you and shops are live within 48 hours.
