Rindee Reviews & Product Details

AI calling for service businesses. Answer every call, book appointments, win back customers. Rindee answers inbound calls 24 hours a day, books appointments during the call, and runs outbound campaigns — combining an AI answering service, appointment scheduling, and outbound calling on one prepaid wallet. Service businesses such as dental practices, veterinary clinics, salons and beauty studios, home services and trades, auto services, and law firms miss a large share of their inbound calls: the front desk is busy with a client, it is after hours, or it is the weekend. Every missed call is a booking that can go to a competitor. Rindee answers every call and books the appointment live, so a missed call becomes a captured customer. The AI receptionist handles calls across multiple branches and detects the caller's language and replies in it — 70+ languages, with nothing to set up, switching if the caller switches mid-call. English and Spanish are the ones tested most heavily on live calls. Eight voice options are available. Each call returns a stereo recording, a full transcript, an AI summary, an outcome classification, and extracted structured data. Calls can be transferred to a human, warm or cold, when a caller needs one. Appointment scheduling runs on a native calendar with a REST API and optional Google Calendar sync. Staff book in the dashboard, external tools book over the API, and customers book through a public online booking page or during the call. Outbound calling supports bulk campaigns and drip enrollment from dynamic segments, respecting business hours, pacing limits, and opt-outs — useful for reminders, follow-ups, and reactivation. There are two ways to get a number. Most customers keep the one they already have by connecting the carrier they already use — Telnyx, Twilio, or any SIP trunk — with no porting and no migration weekend. If you would rather not set up a carrier account, Rindee can provide a number instead; tell us which country you need. Pricing is usage-based: a $0.03 per minute platform fee plus AI usage at cost, or optional monthly plans from $19. Inbound answering is never capped — Rindee answers every caller at once, on pay as you go and on every plan. Plans differ by included minutes, locations, seats, and how much outbound calling runs at once; API keys and webhooks are available on the Business and Scale plans.
