Rindee is an AI calling platform for service businesses, combining an inbound AI receptionist, appointment scheduling and outbound calling. The receptionist answers calls 24 hours a day and books appointments during the call across multiple branches. Voice agents are available in English and Spanish, with further languages in beta, and eight voice options. Scheduling runs on a native calendar with a REST API and optional Google Calendar sync. Staff book in the dashboard, external tools over the API, and customers through a public booking page. Outbound calling supports bulk campaigns and drip enrollment from dynamic segments, respecting business hours, pacing limits and opt-outs. Rindee uses a bring-your-own-carrier model, connecting to Telnyx, Twilio or any SIP trunk, so existing numbers do not need to be ported. Pricing is usage-based: a $0.03 per minute platform fee plus AI usage at cost, or monthly plans from $19. All features are included on every plan.
