Rilwow Reviews & Product Details

Rilwow is a visual WhatsApp chatbot builder for small businesses. Build conversation flows with a drag-and-drop editor, use templates, or generate a draft with an AI design assistant. Test flows in a local simulator before publishing. Automate customer conversations, collect information, offer menu options, send images and PDFs, generate personalized PDF receipts and quotes, and hand conversations over to a person. Google Sheets blocks let businesses look up data, add records, and update existing rows. AI provides a preliminary review of customer-submitted payment receipts; a person approves or rejects them after checking the payment. The interface supports English and Spanish. A free plan includes editing and simulation, with a limited 7-day WhatsApp trial for eligible businesses. Paid WhatsApp operation starts at US$19 per month. Essential and Pro use an unofficial QR-based connection; a separate Official WhatsApp plan uses Meta Cloud API, with Meta messaging fees charged separately.
