It has become an essential tool, allowing me to schedule and automate reminder emails to staff efficiently. This capability ensures vital tasks are completed on time, helping the district operate smoothly. The ability to schedule emails months or even years in advance provides immense peace of mind, knowing that all important reminders will be sent automatically without me needing to remember each one. I appreciate the straightforwardness and reliability of the interface, which is simple and intuitive to use. It significantly reduces my stress and alleviates the pressure during hectic periods of the school year when juggling numerous responsibilities. Overall, RightInbox's scheduling features and user-friendly design contribute greatly to streamlining my tasks and improving my productivity. **What do you dislike about RightInbox?** There is nothing that I do not like. Everything works as expected. **What problems is RightInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RightInbox to schedule and automate emails, ensuring critical tasks are timely and efficient. Unfortunately, the solution had become a little pricy ($15 / User / Month for Pro version - $35 / User / Month for Premium version) for the scope of functionality it provides. Therefore, before our renewal, we shopped around for other similar solutions that could support unlimited email tracking and scheduling and came across RightInBox. We used the Trial version and were pleased with the results. We did not feel we were losing anything with the switch and found that the email tracking provides better details on when emails are opened, especially when sending an email to multiple parties. The solution price is also more favorable ($7:95 / User / Month and $5.95 / User / Month for Annual subscription). Both products provide email support and FAQs. RightinBox is added as an Extension to your Browser. **What do you dislike about RightInbox?** I've had a few questions to RightInBox support to discuss support for other browsers like Brave but no problems with Chrome. One challenge that I have been told will be resolved in the future - when you Send an email it goes into a "Scheduled" Draft state and then departs your inbox up to a minute from when you hit Send. At first this bothered me but no longer. **What problems is RightInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** The solution provides excellent visibility as to the person, date and time an email was opened. I like that the solution does a good job of tracking Open information when you send it to more than one recipient. ### 3. I seriously feel like I'm creepin, but it's so valuable. **What do you dislike about RightInbox?** Nothing really that I dislike. If I had to pick something, it's that when you install the plugin, it gives you notifications on any email accounts you're not using it for. I really only want to use it on my work inbox (don't want to creep on my friends and family in my personal email account). **What problems is RightInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to see engagement right from my inbox. This makes it easy to see when people are ignoring me or when they may be interested but need a follow-up. ### 4. RightInbox is Right4You **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2019 **What do you like best about RightInbox?** This Chrome extension software does 4 things for you - allows you to set reminders for your emails, schedule an email to go out at a preset time, send repeating/recurring emails, and add private notes into your emails (handy for when you send group messages). Out of all of them, I easily love best the recurring emails function. I'm able to automate some of the more mundane emails that I send to our students weekly and it's nice to clear some headspace for other tasks. **What do you dislike about RightInbox?** Not much to dislike. I don't use the private note function much, but it's not to say it's poorly designed in any way, just that I haven't found a use for it yet. **Recommendations to others considering RightInbox:** Give it a shot with the trial basis and you'll likely end up purchasing because of how seamless it integrates! **What problems is RightInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to work late into the night but still appear as though I'm "off the grid" to avoid having to respond immediately by scheduling emails to go at a later date/time and that helps me stay in the zone and focused.
