We were longtime Yesware customers and a real fan. Unfortunately, the solution had become a little pricy ($15 / User / Month for Pro version - $35 / User / Month for Premium version) for the scope of functionality it provides. Therefore, before our renewal, we shopped around for other similar solutions that could support unlimited email tracking and scheduling and came across RightInBox. We used the Trial version and were pleased with the results. We did not feel we were losing anything with the switch and found that the email tracking provides better details on when emails are opened, especially when sending an email to multiple parties. The solution price is also more favorable ($7:95 / User / Month and $5.95 / User / Month for Annual subscription). Both products provide email support and FAQs. I've had a few questions to RightInBox support to discuss support for other browsers like Brave but no problems with Chrome.

One challenge that I have been told will be resolved in the future - when you Send an email it goes into a "Scheduled" Draft state and then departs your inbox up to a minute from when you hit Send. At first this bothered me but no longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it's right within your Gmail account so you can email like normal but gain insights on who's engaging with your emails. I seriously feel like I'm creepin, but it's so valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really that I dislike. If I had to pick something, it's that when you install the plugin, it gives you notifications on any email accounts you're not using it for. I really only want to use it on my work inbox (don't want to creep on my friends and family in my personal email account). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This Chrome extension software does 4 things for you - allows you to set reminders for your emails, schedule an email to go out at a preset time, send repeating/recurring emails, and add private notes into your emails (handy for when you send group messages). Out of all of them, I easily love best the recurring emails function. I'm able to automate some of the more mundane emails that I send to our students weekly and it's nice to clear some headspace for other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
