We’ve noticed that the current Azure user onboarding process is quite complex and not consistently understood across teams. This increases the risk of errors, rework, and delays during account creation and access provisioning.

The permission model in the Right-Hand portal does not follow the principle of least privilege. Currently, it offers only two roles—Admin or User—which limits flexibility and increases security risk.
