Greater flexibility/customisation around the response to users upon reporting an email would be great. The email should congratulate the user for doing the right thing, however, at the moment this isn't the case

It allows us to run engaging phishing simulations easily. With the support of our customer success manager (Charlton is amazing), we’ve also been able to generate strong executive reports that help us communicate to board members what the risks are and what we need from them.

As a user, I like how the site is easy to navigate, and the short video modules make it simple to learn about cyber security. The videos are fun to watch and genuinely educational. Getting the emails also helps keep me in the loop with the organization.

As an admin, the Right-Hand Team resolves issues as a team and gives full support no matter the situation. From the simplest matters to the major ones, they know how to meet our expectations. Charlton was very hands on with the team and he made sure our experience with Right-Hand was the best.

As a user, some questions might be too easy to answer.

As an admin, some testing features are limited and other data reports might need improvement.

Right-Hand helps fill a knowledge gap about the cyber world. Its backend features offer the customization needed for the intended audience. Pre-scheduling campaigns and setting up automations reduce the workload and make day-to-day tasks more manageable. The data, presented with charts, also makes analysis and reporting easier and more straightforward.

I like the great functions with the portal and the top-notch customer service from Right-Hand Cybersecurity. I appreciate the check-ins to maintain posterity and the consistent updates. It's been a great tool for cybersecurity awareness and training modules, keeping employees up to date and knowledgeable on current avenues of attack and ways to be cautious with sensitive information. The integration was very simple, and the company has grown exponentially to properly adjust to the needs of big companies and the constant evolving threats they face.

The only issues were complications with the email tenant provider on my end.

Charlton not only check in with us regularly, but consistently go above and beyond in every interaction—whether it's scheduling and designing phishing campaigns, troubleshooting configuration issues, or creating customised content tailored to our organisation. 

The combination of this advanced platform and the expertise and professionalism of our Customer Success Manager has noticeably improved security awareness within our organisation, leading to much more positive results and outcomes than we had previously experienced.

I like how Right-Hand Cybersecurity provides dynamic phishing training that gives immediate feedback to users about what was phishy in the email they just clicked. The product is easy to use, which is a huge plus for me. I also appreciate their quick monthly meetings to address any issues we might be facing and inform us of new features. These features allow me to provide security training to our users without taking up too much of my time since I wear many different hats. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, with most of it handled by Right-Hand Cybersecurity, and they provided technical guides for tasks we needed to do on our side.

The permission model in the Right-Hand portal does not follow the principle of least privilege. Currently, it offers only two roles—Admin or User—which limits flexibility and increases security risk. A more granular role-based access control would be preferable.

Thanks to Saunik's dedication, the initial setup was very easy, and we feel confident that we are taking full advantage of the platform.

In fact, we are often asked by other departments if they can use Right Hand to create their training as well! The level of customization allows the training to be directly applicable to employee's everyday roles. They also have a handy library of out-of-the-box security training content. Our customer success manager is an exceptional partner, responsive and reliable. We are also excited about the new AI-generated video creation feature!

Unlike going with the McDonalds of the industry, even though we are not a huge company, Right Hand has given us the attention of a Fortune 500 company.   I am extremely happy we went with the managed option, our Account manager Ayush has been fantastic, not missing a single detail, he is impressively organized and one of the best account managers I have worked with.  He even does a good job of keeping me more organized.  If I startup a company and need an account manager he will be the first person I call to try and steal him away.   We meet regularly to discuss our account and he has many great ideas to help improve our security.

Right hand's human risk factor approach and their incorporation of AI seems to be the better way to go with SAWT.   I found it very easy to implement with good integration into Office 365.

Since right hand is a newer company, some features are not yet fully fleshed out but they are actively developing so I look forward to participating in that progress.

I like that there are so many different phishing simulation templates to choose from. The trainings are also informative and are easy enough for anyone (technically inclined or not) to understand. Implementation was very simple  and straight forward.

There are some minor UI and functionality issues as it pertains to Manager Reminders and EntraID Sync. That being said Right-Hand has been quick to address most of these things.
