I am extremely happy we went with the managed option, our Account manager Ayush has been fantastic, not missing a single detail, he is impressively organized and one of the best account managers I have worked with. He even does a good job of keeping me more organized. If I startup a company and need an account manager he will be the first person I call to try and steal him away. We meet regularly to discuss our account and he has many great ideas to help improve our security. Right hand's human risk factor approach and their incorporation of AI seems to be the better way to go with SAWT.
