I have installed the many Ricoh Devices in my organization for Printing, Scanning, and Photocopy Purposes and connected the user's workstations with these Printing devices through a network. These devices have saved the cost of the company. The photocopy speed of this machine is very fast and impressive. We are also using the memory card port of these machines. Our users are utilizing all features of these devices like searchable pdf with OCR option and also using the Ricoh smart device print and scan app. Before these devices, I had installed the laserjet printers on users' desks but after this, I had removed all printers from users' desks and Installed 3 Ricoh-managed printing devices in one department. Its fulfill our all needs and users are also happy with this.
