My review title says it all. It's the people that Rhythm has on their team. They are pleasant, they are patient, and they are tenacious. With prior AMS providers I felt like I was a bother, or made to feel 'dumb' for not getting something. The Rhythm team will go above and beyond to let you know 'they got you, and they get you'. Like any system, there are bugs. It can get frustrating when you are trying to work within the system and something isn't working right. Typically you can find workarounds, but also the team does their best to try to rectify the issues in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to create and update member-facing portal pages. An efficient portal is critical as it is the first page our members and attendees visit when accessing the site. We also love the registration layouts and capabilities to create microsites for each of our events throughout the year. I like the intuitive layout a lot. The pages are laid out well, and the flow of work progresses through a series of steps that are easy to follow without having to recall a complex sequence of steps. It's obviousl that a lot of thought went into studying use-cases and designing an intuitive user experience. My favorite feature is the ability to schedule sessions en-mass. Innovation at Rhythm happens quickly, and customer feedback is often implemented in new releases and updates. The system is interconnected so that different apps talk to one another and sync information, reducing our team's manual workload. Rhythm has a fully configurable portal with almost endless customization options, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to ease of use on the back end. With a few tweaks, this feature would be more useable for me and my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
