It's the people that Rhythm has on their team. They are pleasant, they are patient, and they are tenacious. With prior AMS providers I felt like I was a bother, or made to feel 'dumb' for not getting something. The Rhythm team will go above and beyond to let you know 'they got you, and they get you'. **What do you dislike about Rhythm Software?** Like any system, there are bugs. It can get frustrating when you are trying to work within the system and something isn't working right. Typically you can find workarounds, but also the team does their best to try to rectify the issues in a timely manner. **What problems is Rhythm Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The portal has allowed members to renew more easily, as well as to register for events - no more faxes! ### 2. An efficient portal is critical as it is the first page our members and attendees visit when accessing the site. We also love the registration layouts and capabilities to create microsites for each of our events throughout the year. The training module has saved us countless hours of repetitive work and streamlined automatic monthly reporting to our subgroups. **What do you dislike about Rhythm Software?** The only thing missing is the ability to host a live interactive floor plan. **What problems is Rhythm Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rhythm has solved the issue of creating monthly reports and sending them to our subgroups and instructors. It has increased automation and efficiencies in membership renewals as well. ### 3. The pages are laid out well, and the flow of work progresses through a series of steps that are easy to follow without having to recall a complex sequence of steps. It's obviousl that a lot of thought went into studying use-cases and designing an intuitive user experience. My favorite feature is the ability to schedule sessions en-mass. That is a huge time-saver, and reduces the frequency of user error when scheduling a large number of sessions. **What do you dislike about Rhythm Software?** Nothing yet! I haven't run accross anything yet that I dislike. **What problems is Rhythm Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rhythm helps me manage all aspects of event management, including registration, exhibits, and abstract management. I use the powerful query tools all day long to help the event stay on track. ### 4. The system is interconnected so that different apps talk to one another and sync information, reducing our team's manual workload. We can trust Rhythm's reporting/query tools to give us accurate and complete information, which is a big win! **What do you dislike about Rhythm Software?** Rhythm has a fully configurable portal with almost endless customization options, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to ease of use on the back end. With a few tweaks, this feature would be more useable for me and my team. **What problems is Rhythm Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The configurable processes and automation options offered within Rhythm have allowed us to provide a more streamlined member experience and have significantly reduced the amount of staff time spent on data entry and reconciliation. ### 6. Rhythm is user-friendly and they’re always making updates based on customer feedback to make it even better. **What do you dislike about Rhythm Software?** The system can do a lot more than our old one which means there's a lot to learn, and it took some time to get used to. But the Rhythm team and all of the training materials they provide really helped me get comfortable. **Recommendations to others considering Rhythm Software:** What has your overall experience been like with Rhythm? The configurable processes, automation options, and integrations make it so much easier to use than other AMS solutions I’ve tried. Overall, I’m very pleased with Rhythm. **What problems is Rhythm Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the apps are integrated with one another, which has eliminated a lot of the manual work that used to take up my time. For example, in Rhythm, new registrations roll over into memberships automatically. With other providers, I would have to manually enter those registrations into the system as memberships! ### 7. And our members finally have a portal that they deserve. **What do you dislike about Rhythm Software?** My big wish-list items were group registration for events and integration with QuickBooks Online.
